About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the growing Property Management team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Our Sales Representatives enjoy continued and prolonged success in the local area, with many return client’s. Our BDM role has the benefit of utilising these existing client connections, as well as a steady stream of enquiries into the office, to achieve the Branch goals. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
