Property manager – retail portfolio

A leading property management team is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a retail property portfolio. Education & Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Estate Agencies Affairs Board Competency Certificate – NQF Level 4 (advantageous)

Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Property Manager within the retail environment Demonstrated experience in people management and centre operations Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
