Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Colliers, you’ll lead end-to-end property management and transaction services, building strong landlord and tenant relationships while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
• Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
• Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
• Undertake frequent inspections to oversee the presentation and maintenance of the property assets, ensuring high standards of appearance at all times.
• Liaise regularly with the landlord regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting tenant negotiations as required, in a timely and professional manner.
