Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Administrators who are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial or residential properties as well as managing other employees who help maintain the property.

Responsibilities

• Organize residents move-in/out – preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary.
• Manage residents' concerns and provide solutions to the problem.
• Analyzing financial reports to track the performance of investment properties.
• Provide critical thinking and manage for the implementation of proper procedure during crisis situations.
• Manage to create and implement House Rules and Policies and Procedure.
• Coordinating with insurance, contractors, engineers, and architects that the property is government compliant and ensure that the property is safe for occupancy.
