* Handle inquiries, requests, complaints, and other concerns from property owners and residents in a timely and professional manner.

* Coordinate with relevant departments and service providers to resolve community-related issues efficiently.

* Maintain positive relationships with property owners and ensure a high standard of customer service.

* Monitor the overall operation of the residential community and assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.

* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of resident communications and property management activities.

* Perform other property management duties as assigned by management.
