Customer Service
Deliver an exceptional resident experience by ensuring a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care in every interaction.Promptly and effectively address resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.Act as a trusted on-site resource for residents, providing information about suite features, building amenities, and community events.Oversee and coordinate all “move-in” and “move-out” procedures, ensuring units are in pristine condition and residents experience a seamless transition.Conduct regular building and suite inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.Lead by example in m...
