Property Manager – Kent

Location: Dartford, Kent, UK

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum + Commission

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Deal with daily maintenance tasks, including complex and urgent works, in a competent and timely manner
  • Ensure portfolio compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Arrange inventories and manage check‑in and check‑out processes
  • Notify utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
  • Coordinate estimates and repairs with contractors, and liaise between landlords and tenants
  • Negotiate deposits between landlords and tenants, and manage the rebuttal process
