About The Role

Larlyn Property Management is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager. CMRAO Licence Required. Property Manager to add to our Ontario condominium management team. This role is ideal for a CMRAO Licensed Property Manager who is confident managing their own portfolio while also providing leadership, training, and support to a team of Property Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of condominium corporations, supporting Board relations, managing budgets, ensuring operational excellence, and helping guide Property Managers in meeting service, compliance, and reporting expectations.
