Property Management - Maintenance Staff

Overview

Job Purpose: This role reports to the Property Management Supervisor and is responsible for the overall maintenance, cleaning, and unit repairs to ensure an attractive and organized project. This includes performing grass cutting and clearing, and provides assistance to other departments. The role is also responsible for the electrical and water utilities, its equipment and its upkeep. Key responsibilities include installation of electric and water meters, water connection and disconnection, meter readings, and distribution of billings to homeowners.
