Role Description

We’re hiring a Property Management Lead to scale our short-term & long-term rental operations across a growing real estate portfolio. You’ll oversee a team of 2–3 Property Management Specialists, drive operational excellence, and own systems, SOPs, and training across Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Turno, and more.
