Be a vital part of Restaurant Brands International as a Property Management Analyst in the US&C region. Collaborate across departments while handling reconciliations, vendor management, and lease abstracts.
In this role, you will work closely with Asset Management, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline operations. Your responsibilities include reviewing CAM reconciliations, modifying vendor details, drafting estoppel certificates, and reconciling bad debt. You'll facilitate property-related issues alongside Lease Administration and Insurance, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
