In this Maintenance II role, you will be responsible for various maintenance activities, from conducting thorough inspections to performing exterior grounds maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure properties are kept in remarkable condition, responding promptly to tenant requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in regular inspections of building systems
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Maintain grounds through cleaning and landscaping
• Address and fulfill tenant maintenance requests
• Keep comprehensive records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in general maintenance
• Strong organizational and maintenance skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
