Minimum Requirements

Grade 12/ Matric

Strong Administrative background - 2 years' experience in similar field

Valid driver's license Key Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and prioritise requests for maintenance

Implement preventative maintenance and liaise with service providers as well as all the clients

Interim Inspections

Communication liaison between the tenants, landlords and agents

Following up with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance required

Regularly checking in with the inspectors for inspections due and progress on said inspections

Having a follow-up system in place to ensure that all tickets are followed up on

Regularly following up with tenants regarding their damages and updating the landlords

Weekly reports on progress and activities

Facilitating the damage repairs - tenants and landlords
