Plumbing repairs such as leaky faucets, clogged drains, etc. Winter maintenance such as shoveling walkways, sidewalks, and exterior stairs, sanding / salting of entrances. Minor renovations such as spot patching of walls and painting. Yard work such as spring clean up, grass cutting and weed trimming.
