Job Description
We're looking for an proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator to support the delivery of our housing planned maintenance, compliance and surveying programmes.
Working closely with surveyors, contractors and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities, managing works orders, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring property-related programmes are delivered efficiently and accurately.
This is a highly organised coordination role requiring strong workflow management, data analysis and quality assurance skills. You'll be responsible for tracking works from instruction through to completion, validating records, monitoring defects and ensuring documentation is accurate and ready for financial processing.
