Property Maintenance Coordinator

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/ Matric

• Strong Administrative background - 2 years' experience in similar field

• Valid driver's license

• Review, evaluate, and prioritise requests for maintenance

• Implement preventative maintenance and liaise with service providers as well as all the clients

• Interim Inspections

• Communication liaison between the tenants, landlords and agents

• Following up with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance required

• Regularly checking in with the inspectors for inspections due and progress on said inspections

• Having a follow-up system in place to ensure that all tickets are followed up on
