Job Description

Purpose: Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government and company property book items governed by FAR , in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to and takes direction from the site Property Manager.

  • Acts for the Property Manager when not present or available.

  • Leads the Property team under the direction of the PMO SOPs and Work Instructions.

  • Leads are expected to be part of the work section and should devote at least 50% of time available to active, productive work, with remaining time directed towards duties directed by Property Manager.

  • Understands and performs actions or requirements IAW FAR, PWS, SOPs and WI’s.

  • Assists Property Manager in all areas of property accountability and management of Government Property.
