PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Handover Coordinator for a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will bridge homeowners, contractors and the customer service team to ensure timely handovers and satisfactory resolution of defects.

Work locations include rotational sites (Bukit Batok, Woodlands, Cashew, Fort Canning) with hours 8.45am–6pm, Monday to Friday. You will inspect units, coordinate defect fixes and respond to homeowner concerns, ensuring high-quality handover documentation.
