About the role

We are currently looking for an Estates Surveyor to join our team. The department head office is based at The Hub, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire however we can offer a range of office locations throughout the UK and we offer a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be able to work within a team and under own initiative working remotely.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of Estates Surveyor you will be responsible for a number of tasks including: 

  • Overseeing day to day estate management matters on freehold and leasehold industrial and commercial property
  • Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and their agents 
  • Generating rental income on Tarmac’s land portfolio 
  • Assisting with property related costs, including repair and maintenance
  • Instructing and managing external consultants and agents
