About the role

Reporting directly to the Property Management team, this full-time Property Engineer role at Pacific Properties' Sampaloc Manila City office presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the effective operation and maintenance of our residential property portfolio. As our Property Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of all building systems and infrastructure, contributing to the comfort and safety of our tenants.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular inspections and monitoring of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and elevators to identify and address any issues
  2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to maintain the property in excellent condition
