Join Our Team as Property Consultant — DMCI Homes

Are you dynamic, driven, and passionate about real estate? DMCI Homes — one of the Philippines' leading Quad-A developers — is looking for full-time Property Consultants to join our in-house sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Engage and consult with prospective clients — help them choose the right properties that match their needs and lifestyle.
  • Present and explain our projects, guide clients through options (ready-for-occupancy, pre-selling, parking, financing, etc.), and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Generate leads (cold-calling, online outreach, social media, advertising, networking) and nurture them through the sales funnel until closing.
  • Maintain relationships with clients (even after sale), provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
