Location: Rochester – covering postcode area across Dartford, Bromley, Croydon and Medway
Salary: £27,000 Plus Company Van (caged) And Fuel Card

About the Role
As a Property Maintenance Assistant (Clearance), you’ll work across the South Coast, supporting property maintenance by carrying out a range of clearance tasks. This includes house and garden clearances, fly‑tip removals, gutter cleaning, and basic void works to help get properties ready for re‑letting.
