Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, screening, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining department directories.
  • Keeps a safe, clean, and secured reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issues visitor RFID).
  • Maintains the building and its systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
