What You’ll be Doing
- Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
- Oversee the rental arrears collection process
- Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
- Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
- Raise monthly charges
- Process workflows
- Maintain databases
- Perform account reconciliations
- Start of day/end of day procedure with customer service desk
- Reconciliation and banking of gift card takings
- Complete petty cash reconciliations
