Security Bank Corporation is seeking an Appraiser to perform inspections, research, and appraisal reporting to support bank financing decisions. You will assist the team head in monitoring requests and training new appraisers as needed.

The role covers physical property inspections, document verification with government agencies, and preparation of valuations within prescribed turnaround times. Willingness to conduct fieldwork in Cebu is required.
