Manage facility maintenance and upgrades for Adult & Teen Challenge in Flin Flon, Manitoba. This full-time role requires hands-on involvement and strategic oversight of multiple properties.
As the Facilities & Property Manager, you will ensure all locations are safe, functional, and well-maintained. With a strong background in building maintenance—preferably three to seven years—you will handle daily maintenance, oversee contractors, and address ongoing property needs effectively. Your proactive efforts will contribute to a supportive and dignified environment for tenants and staff alike.
