Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property operations
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records of tenants, leases, contracts, and property documents
- Assist in preparing and processing tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors and service providers
- Monitor and track work orders to ensure timely completion
- Assist in rent collection, invoice processing, and basic financial reporting
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for management
- Support property inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, and relevant authorities when required
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information
