Your New Role

We’re hiring a Property Administrator to support a busy, collaborative team managing a mixed office + retail portfolio . This is an ideal role for someone who loves being the organized backbone — keeping details tight, communication smooth, and priorities moving.

You’ll work closely with the Property Manager(s), tenants, vendors, and internal partners to make sure day-to-day administration runs seamlessly.
