Roles & Responsibilities:

The Prompt Engineer designs, tests, and optimizes prompts and evaluation frameworks to support AI research initiatives focused on educational content generation, personalization, and quality assurance. This role collaborates closely with AI engineers, instructional designers, and product teams to improve model accuracy, pedagogical alignment, accessibility, and scalability across edtech content workflows.

Skillset Required:

Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt design patterns, chain-of-thought alternatives, evaluation techniques, and model limitations

Experience with educational content structures (learning objectives, assessments, rubrics, standards alignment) and instructional design principles
