Actively approach and assist customers to promote products and generate sales

Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and confidently

Demonstrate products when necessary and answer customer inquiries

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards



Qualifications



At least high school graduate

Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
