About the Role

PCL is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator Environmental Services to lead and grow our expanding fee-for-service arm. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality ecological projects across the Mackay and Central Highlands regions, supporting landholders, industry partners, environmental regulators, and community stakeholders.

The Project Coordinator will manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring environmental outcomes are achieved and clients receive exceptional service. This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone with strong leadership, technical ecological knowledge, and a passion for practical conservation and land management.
