Job Description

The Projects Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of banking software implementation projects. This role assists in managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within scope, on time, and within budget. The position plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation traceability, supporting operations oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and PMO governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and documentation for banking software deployments.
  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams (development, QA, support engineers, team leads) for project execution.
