Job Overview

As Andy Stedman Design continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project & Contracts Manager to join our expanding design and build team in Chichester.

This is a key role within the business and an important appointment for the next stage of our growth. The successful candidate will help lead the delivery of our premium residential landscaping projects, managing one in-house landscaping team while also coordinating trusted landscaping partners across a range of project types and delivery models.

Working closely with the wider studio, this role will take ownership of projects as they move from design into build. It combines project management, contracts management and commercial oversight, helping to ensure that projects are well planned, well costed and delivered to a consistently high standard.
