Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects or programs, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects. The Project/Program Manager will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area are required. The role requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Extensive experience and judgment are relied upon to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.
