Project Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Trainee to join us for the summer to our Pasila office. In this role, you will play a part in the implementation of our new enterprise service management tool and related process changes. You would be working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Support project managers and teams in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks.
• Contribute to IT service management activities, supporting process improvements and service delivery in line with ITIL best practices.
• Assist in documenting and optimizing service management workflows and participate in service review meetings.
• Participate in user training, feedback collection, and change management activities to ensure successful tool adoption.
