Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain PPM and project tracking tools, including configuration updates, user access, templates, and workflow support.
- Develop, maintain, and automate project portfolio dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Conduct data quality reviews on project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, financial forecasts, and metadata.
- Support PMO processes including intake, gating, performance tracking, and documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, PMO leadership, Finance, and IM/IT teams to ensure reliable and standardized project data.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for PMs and stakeholders on tools, reporting expectations, and processes.
- Prepare recurring reporting packages and ad-hoc analysis to support portfolio governance and executive reviews.
