Reporting to the Team Leader, the Project Technologist will be involved in the fast‑paced world of baseline property condition assessments, conducting site visits and inspections along with deficiency reporting and costing analysis.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of building systems, including general knowledge of structure, building enclosures, mechanical and electrical systems, roofing systems, interior elements, site features, etc.
