Wates Property Services is looking for a Project Surveyor to join our Responsive Maintenance team based in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially experienced and motivated individual to lead and grow within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality maintenance services.

You will be working on our reactive maintenance scheme which includes NHF SOR, supporting the delivery of reactive maintenance works, and assisting in leading a small commercial team including working alongside an Assistant surveyor and admin staff.
