Role Description

This position provides procurement and project controls support for engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with industry vendors.
  • Work with engineers to develop bid packages.
  • Coordinate bidding.
  • Prepare bid evaluations.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs).
  • Manage equipment package fabrication.
  • Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries.
  • Develop schedules in MS Project.
  • Perform weekly project engineering cost reports.
  • Assist project managers with resource coordination, tracking efficiencies, and creating status reports.
  • Track and report on project execution and deliverables.
  • Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting.
