About the Position:

Does the idea of working on projects that shape skylines across the nation excite you? If so, Power Design is looking for a kick-ass Project Support Specialist to join our growing team! This position works directly with the Project Manager to ensure our field team has the materials they need so we can continue to be the most trusted partner in the construction industry.

Position Details & Responsibilities:

  • Review material requests and prepare purchase orders and invoices
  • Obtain quotes for miscellaneous POs and provide to the Project Manager for review
  • Work with suppliers regarding scheduling and follow up on deliveries
  • Review AP holds and work with the Project Manager to clear
  • Adhere to material guidelines to eliminate purchasing risks – reconciliation of CBOM vs miscellaneous PO
  • Identify and escalate frequent miscellaneous purchasing requests to management
