In short:

We require a strong IT and/or Security Trainer to support the planning of bespoke technical cyber training for privileged and high risk users.

You’ll come from a technical training background and will need to demonstrate project support / management capabilities.

Role Purpose

The role will play a critical role in supporting the Security Culture Training and Awareness Manager to deliver the Security Culture and Training PCDs. Ofgem’s requirement aims to strengthen security culture across the organisation by developing bespoke training, updating existing courses, and implementing cultural reinforcement initiatives. The role will ensure timely scheduling, coordination, and tracking of all training activities aligned with Ofgem’s CAF Enhanced Profile and SANS Maturity Level objectives.
