As Project Support Officer, you'll join a brand-new strategic project that will map the entire student journey at the University of Newcastle. Working alongside experienced User Experience (UX) and Service Design professionals, you'll help uncover what students experience from their first interaction with the University through to graduation, identifying opportunities to improve services and outcomes, particularly for students from equity cohorts.
