Job Description

Ø  Monitor project deliverables, schedules, budgets & outcomes

Ø  Generate timely administrative reports as may be required by your superior  or other departments

Ø  Prepare progress reports of projects, analyzing data as may be necessary

Ø   Liaise and coordinate with key personnel and other rightful parties  on issues or concerns about projects being performed

Ø  Participate in project planning and issue management

Ø  Attend to compliance requirements (e.g. certifications, brochures, technical data, etc.) pertinent to projects

Ø  Prepare detailed cost estimates of prospective projects, including bill of quantities (e.g. labor, materials, equipment, duration, etc.)

Ø  Carry out routine administrative duties such  as but not limited to the following:

· Typing / word processing (e.g. quotations, reports, memos, e-mails, faxes, meeting minutes & etc.)

· Preparing documents (e.g. bid offers, accreditation requirements, subm...
