Job Description

The Project Coordinator provides operational and coordination support to cross‑functional initiatives by managing meetings, documentation, data tracking, and project logistics. The role supports the Transformation Office and key stakeholders, primarily based in the US, ensuring accurate project artifacts, structured execution, and timely follow‑through.
As the role matures, the Project Coordinator will take on more structured project management responsibilities, including workstream coordination, timeline tracking, communications, and risk and issue monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, coordinate, and manage recurring and ad hoc meetings across multiple time zones
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and ensure meetings follow structured formats
Capture clear, action‑oriented meeting notes and track action items to completion
Maintain organized documentation, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
