Project Supervisor Transmission Lines

Role Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of transmission projects from planning through to completion.
• Assist with project scoping, estimating, work methodologies, job planning and risk assessments.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and contractor requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to reporting staff, ensuring competencies, training requirements, and workplace standards are maintained.
• Monitor progress through site visits, ensuring compliance with approved work scopes and high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Oversee field documentation, testing requirements, reporting, GIS data capture and participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a proactive approach to safety, quality, and customer service within the electricity industry.
