Project Supervisor

Job description:

1. Job Purpose

To assist Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in managing and coordinating all post-project defect rectification, sudden maintenance issues and site support tasks. The role ensure timely inspections, accurate reporting, efficient contractor arrangement and proper follow-up until defects or maintenance works are fully resolved.

2. Key Responsibilities

Defect Inspection & Assessment

• Conduct site inspections for reported defects, maintenance issues and post-handover problems.
• Identify root causes and document defects with clear notes, photos and measurements.
• Prepare defect inspection reports for Project Manager/Senior Project Manager review.

Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and service teams to arrange rectification work.
• Follow-up on repair progress to ensure timely and quality completion.
