Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develops, schedules, and oversees project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Team Leadership: Assigns tasks, motivates team members, and provides technical guidance.
  • Quality & Safety Control: Ensures compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., conducting toolbox talks).
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitors expenses and manages personnel, materials, and vendors.
  • Reporting & Communication: Facilitates communication between stakeholders, contractors, and management, providing regular progress updates.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolves technical difficulties, material shortages, and site-specific issues.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php31,000.00 per month
