Project Supervisor

The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating CLMC’s day‑time construction, engineering, and property management operations. This role ensures that all projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with engineering regulations and company policies. The Operations Lead works closely with Management, Project Engineers, Procurement, and Finance/Admin to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all active projects (construction, engineering, and property management)
• Ensure compliance with approved project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Supervise and coordinate Project Engineers, site personnel, and support teams
