Job Description
- 1. Ensure that the construction implementation is carried out in a timely, quality and economically driven.
- 2. Supervise every activity happening at site propelled by the approved drawings, program of works, technical requirement and within target budget especially with labor cost.
- 3.Understands and analyze the scope of works and limitations based on Project Contract.
- 4.Projects weekly activities based on project lookahead.
- 5.Ensures that the drawing/s including materials being utilized at site are approved.
- 6.Prepares site requirement by sending Requisition Slip to Project Coordinator most likely during mobilization.
- 7.Forecasts manpower trend on a weekly basis to project the tools and equipment as well.
- 8.Enhances the communication with the client through responsive behavior.
- 9.Identifies site management risks and opportunities to eliminate/convert the risk to opportunities.
