Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Initiation: Conduct site feasibility checks for retrofit/new build on hot water system's installation and highlight potential risks and constraints.
• Planning: Establish site execution schedules for hot water system's installation for subcontractor and client reference, and coordinate with internal, subcontractors and client
• Execution: Manage daily site execution by supervision to subcontractors, resolve on-site issues, and enforce quality & specification compliance.
• Monitoring: Track and control progress against established schedules, inspect work for standards, and maintain accurate daily records and reportings.
• Closing: Conduct site installation inspection, pre-testing and support engineer for full testing and site execution completion reports with lessons learned.
• Any other ad hoc tasks relevant to your department.
